"If you cancel within 2 hours before the reservation date,
you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee, unless there are unavoidable reasons.

TERMS OF USE AND PRECAUTIONS

■Please wear the designated paper pants during the treatment.
■Please refrain from using the facility if you may have an infectious disease.
For the safety of our therapists, we do not allow massages for people with contagious or infectious diseases, even if we do not directly treat the affected area.
■Our treatments are not intended for medical treatment.
We are not a hospital, clinic, treatment clinic, or treatment facility for shiatsu, massage, or acupuncture as defined by the Medical Care Act.
■Please note that we will not be responsible for refunds or liability if you become unwell after the treatment.
■Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any skin problems caused by using our oils.
■We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables. Please manage it yourself.
■We are unable to cancel, change therapists, or provide refunds after meeting with a therapist. Please note that we cannot accept changes to lower the course.
If you fall under any of the above or prohibited acts after the treatment has begun, we will refuse your further use and will claim compensation for damages.
